Which areas do you service?
While we service most areas in Cape Town and surrounding areas, our driver's safety is of utmost importance to us. It is best to contact us to find out if your area is serviced.
How much do you charge?
The cost will vary according to the vehicle, time required and distance from our location to your pick up and drop off location. Contact us to get your quote.
Can I book your service for 1 hour?
We work on 2 hour block bookings only, which includes the time to travel from our location to your pick up address, drop off address and return to our location. Bookings for more than two hours are possible, especially for weddings. Contact us to find out more.
Do you allow photo's to be taken with the vehicle?
Yes. Photo's must be taken within the booked time. Please make sure that you have taken this into account. Contact us to find out more.
Do you offer self-drive options?
No, self-drive options aren't available.
When will my booking be confirmed?
Bookings are confirmed only once the required deposit has been paid by the due date. Please note that we work on a "first to pay the deposit" booking basis. We cannot guarantee availability if the deposit has not been paid or paid first. Contact us to find out more.
What if I want to cancel my booking?
Cancellations are allowed but it will be subject to the cancelation policy which is set out in the terms and conditions on the quotation. Payment of the deposit means that you have accepted the terms and conditions.
Can my partner be picked up and travel with me?
Yes, if your partner's pick up address is within a 1 km radius (driving distance) from yours or our location. If not, this will result in your duration of the booking increasing and consequently an increased cost to you. A maximum of two passengers are allowed for the booking, subject to vehicle allowance (some of our vehicles only accommodate one passenger).
